Open a FREE account (No card needed)  Use code “7DAYFREE” in the discount box.

Step 2 – New members must fill in a Health form.

QuickFit – HIIT/ 4 Core Fitness 12:30 PM Sessions every week (Mon-Fri) Except Wed – 1 PM

QuickFit – HIIT/ 4 Core Fitness® 5:00 PM Sessions every week (Mon-Fri)

Tri-Planar Kettlebell Training 3:00 PM on every Thu

Thai Kickboxing Fitness online sessions Mon 6PM, Tue 7PM, Wed 6PM , Thu 6PM, Fri 6PM

30 min Online – Tri-Planar Kettlebell Training (pay as you train) – £7

60 min Online – 4 Core Fitness ® Strength training (pay as you train) – £15

60 min Online – Thai Kickboxing Fitness (pay as you train) – £15
