Open a FREE account (No card needed)  Use code “7DAYFREE” in the discount box.

Step 2 – New members must fill in a Health form.

QuickFit – HIIT/ 4 Core Fitness® 1:00 PM Sessions every week (Mon-Fri)

QuickFit – HIIT/ 4 Core Fitness® 5:00 PM Sessions every week (Mon-Fri)

Tri-Planar Kettlebell Training 3:00 PM on every Thu

Thai Kickboxing Fitness online sessions Wed 6 PM and Fri 6 PM

Mobility, Stretching & Foam Rolling Workshop online sessions Tue/ Thu 6 PM & Sat 9:30 AM
