What is open gym?
All abilities welcome at our Pay-as-you-train, Open-air gym. This weights and martial-arts focused training space is located at Longwell Green, Bristol.
Sessions held under the guidance and support of our elite personal trainers. Our team specialise in ensuring clients’ train injury-free!
We can help you with weight-loss, strength and conditioning, martial arts fitness, toning and rehabilitation exercises.

Pay-as-you-train, Open-air gym – Set up
Our Pay-as-you-train, Open-air gym provides each gym-goer with a socially distanced 2 X 2- Meter thick matted workout space. Our policy is to have a maximum of 5 people training in our Open-air gym at once. This ensures you have ample space to train safely at a distance.
Our Pay-as-you-train, Open-air gym provides access to traditional exercises equipment, such as:
- Kettlebells (ranging from 6kg up to 32kg)
- Dumbbells (ranging from 1kg to 15kg)
- Steel maces
- Battle ropes
- Medicine balls
- Smash balls
- Sandbags (10kg & 20kg)
- Heavy bags and standing bags for boxing/kickboxing/Thai kickboxing
- Rowing machine for cardio training
- Timers for HIIT training

What do I need?
- Please bring bottled water.
- Whilst there is access to toilets on site, we do not encourage their use due to COVID-19. Try and use the bathroom at home before you attend our sessions.
- Your safety is our priority. Therefore, please do not attend a session if you are feeling unwell.
- If you develop symptoms during or after a session, please follow government guidelines and isolate immediately and contact us via phone or text to inform us. Your transparency will protect others from falling ill.
Core strength sessions: If you require more 1:1 support and attention, you may prefer our Core Group sessions held at the same location on Wednesdays and Fridays at 5-6 pm. Max 5 people per session.
