What if you started today?

 

The other day I received an e-mail from Inge Dowden with an inspirational quote that I loved it so much I wanted to share it with all of you…

 

 

Whilst you could apply this quote to any/all aspects of your life, the team here at 4Core found it particularly relevant to training, specifically when you start out. In my experience, the clients who join us with this attitude always achieve great results!

 

Inge, for those of you who don’t know, is a long term client and friend of the business, she is a Business Growth Coach who has helped me build and grow ProTom Fitness to where it is today.

 

It is important to use your time and energy effectively. Do not waste energy being overwhelmed going over your long to-do list. This only inhibits you from making changes right now! Time spent stressing out about what you could be doing should be used instead to fuel taking yourself out of your comfort zone. Make yourself uncomfortable and in doing so you will broaden your options in life, mentally and physically. What if you started today? Where would you be in 6 months? A year? Two years?

A human wonders what goes on in space whilst a space man wonders what goes on in the universe!
