Don’t worry if you haven’t done anything for a while, you have to start somewhere. We make sure each session is carefully structured to take account of all levels of fitness and experience.
Our group personal training sessions take the best elements from martial arts and body training combined with specific exercises to strengthen your arms, legs and abs and burn up the belly fat; meaning highly interactive and enjoyable training sessions that get results.
The minimum programme is 4 weeks, but it depends entirely upon your starting body fat percentage as to how long it will take you to get to your goal. This is one of only a handful of programmes like this in the whole country and definitely the only one in Bristol.
The groups are mixed and we also make decision on which group would be beneficial for you the best way possible regarding your goal. If you are weight loss or sport specific we make sure we have at least one person in your group with the same goal so we can pair you up to get more motivation!
